Cancellation and no show policy
Please be aware that:
- if you cancel your appointment, in less than 24 hours before your appointment time, or if you decide not to show, you will be charged for 50% of your treatment price;
- if late arrival is inevitable, your service(s) will be shortened in order to keep on schedule. No full or partial refunds will be given.
